Heifer International – Nigeria is soliciting applications from Business Development Service Providers (BDSPs) with key technical staff who have substantial experience in conducting Business Development Services (BDS) for start-up technological innovation companies. The BDS support is designed to build Nimsy Agro Solar Concept Limited’s capacity to manage financial resources profitably, strengthen internal business processes, improve existing products, develop new products, expand their market outreach and partnerships.
The technical and financial proposals should be submitted by 31st January 2025 through procurement-ng@heifer.org. Please quote "Heifer Nigeria Supported Business Development Services to Nimsy Agro Solar Concept Limited" in the subject line. Heifer retains the right to terminate this RFP or modify the requirements upon notification to the Offerors.

Heifer International seeks an organization of individual consultant to assess the current security situation of operations at Heifer International in Ecuador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, and Mexico by assessing current risk levels, identifying security threats. The service must be developed individually for each country, that is, Guatemala, Mexico, Honduras, Haiti and Ecuador. Spanish is required, English is a plus.

A new initiative for the People Department is the Job Architecture Project to address the challenges mentioned above to help us to become a sustainably locally led organization. This project aims to revamp the existing job architecture across the organization and positioning Heifer to be more agile and competitive. It also presents opportunities to create new job evaluation tools and resources to build capacity and define accountabilities at the global, regional and local level.
Interested individuals or firms are invited to submit their proposals, including a letter of interest, budget, and CV to RFP@heifer.org. The email subject line should read: “HPI20250502US Job Architecture Consultant.” The document title within the proposal should also clearly indicate “Job Architecture.” Proposals are due January 10, 2025.
